In the morning: a guided walk around Westminster to see Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Downing Street, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace (all external), with an option to see the Changing of the Guard (when available). In the afternoon choose ONE or TWO of the following fully-guided visits: Westminster Abbey, National Gallery, British Museum, St Paul's Cathedral, Tower of London. You have your own private guide for the day - this means we can be flexible.The above options are only suggestions - please contact if you have any special requests. Your host, Ric, is a Blue Badge Tourist Guide, the highest guiding qualification in the UK and the only guides with official permission to give tours in all these top attractions. Westminster
A walk around Westminster to see the classic sights including Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Downing Street, Buckingham Palace (option to see Changing of the Guard on certain days). After your walk, choose one or two of the optional extra tours below to complete your day.
Buckingham Palace
Optional extra: see the Changing of the Guard ceremony in front of the monarch's London residence. Not available every day.
Westminster Abbey
Optional extra: guided tour inside Westminster Abbey. The history of Britain all in one building. This is the Royal church of coronations, weddings and funerals, and the tombs of more famous people than any other building in the world, including Queen Elizabeth I, Isaac Newton, Charles Darwin, Handel and Charles Dickens. Blue Badge Guides are the only external guides allowed to give tours inside the cathedral.
