We start the tour here and introduce the schedule and route. We go over the main highlights of the tour and tell you about our town. You will learn the heart-shaped streetlights, among other things.
The City Center Square. Your guide will tell you the story of the origin of the town, how it started and how it's going. He will also give you tips on shopping for souvenirs among other things.
A beautiful sculpture on the Akureyri Oceanfront. Perfect location for a nice photo of our picturesque fjord. Your guide will tell you how we rely on the ocean for survival up here by the arctic circle

- Meet us at Akureyri Port. We have a fixed meeting point in the area, located only about 100m from main cruise ports. We have a meeting point flag located outside the building at Laufásgata 1. From there we walk to the City Center. The walking distance is 600m and takes about 8-10 minutes.
