Admission to attractions

Each guest must present one of the following three identification documents when entering the park: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/Identity Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/Passport; ② Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China; ③ Overseas Citizens' Passport; for identification. If the guest fails to present the relevant documents, he/she will not be allowed to enter the park; if he/she insists on entering the park, he/she must purchase the corresponding ticket at the on-site retail price, and the original ticket cannot be refunded or changed.

The prices of value-added services such as walking/battery car tours, VR experience projects, raincoats/socks required for specific projects, priority participation, stroller and wheelchair services, luggage and belongings storage, power banks, fixed-point photography/photography, booth games, dryers, and catering, merchandise, etc. are subject to the on-site announcement of the park.

Double Ticket: Applicable to: Includes 2 standard tickets, two people enter the park at the same time and can only enter the park once

Free admission: Children under 3 years old or under 1.0 meters in height on the day of the visit; one adult with a ticket can only bring one free child into the park

Children's ticket: Applicable to: children who are 3 years old or older but under 12 years old, or children who are 1.0m but under 1.5m in height on the day of the visit

Rules for using 50% off children's tickets: From May 31 to June 2, 2025, each adult who purchases a ticket can bring one child who is under 3 years old or under 1.0 meters tall to enter the park for free on the day of the visit, and one child who is under 12 years old or under 1.5 meters tall to enter the park at a 50% discount (the purchasing adult refers to the purchaser who is 18 years old or older on the day of the visit)

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Visitors are requested to queue up and take seats according to the interval signs at the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities, etc., or accept on-site arrangements and guidance from staff.

To ensure the safety of the animals in the park, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Bird Park and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom do not allow visitors to bring in any other food or drinks except baby food and an appropriate amount of drinking water.

Some facilities in the park have height and physical requirements. Please consider your own health conditions before playing. Please refer to the opening hours, performance times and precautions of the corresponding theme park before playing.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
