  • Eating and drinking alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited
  • The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
  • This car charter service is no more than 12 hours a day, before midnight. Drivers cannot work more than 12 hours a day
  • The driver can speak basic English only

  • Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • Child seat: Available for children aged 0-4 or under 109 cm
  • One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
  • Child seats are available upon request
  • Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
  • Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles
  • The service time will be counted from the pickup time you indicate at checkout
  • Please provide each passenger’s name with title, nationality, and passport number to the local operator for insurance purposes before the travel date, otherwise, the local operator reserves the right to reject providing insurance to the travelers
  • The schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date
  • In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
