Pulitzer Fountain
You will meet with your Private Guide opposite the Pulitzer Fountain, which is said to be an inspiration for the fountain featured in the opening credits of 'Friends'. Enter the park and enjoy a relaxing stroll along the tree-lined paths surrounded by high skyscrapers of Manhattan. Enjoy the view from the ornamental arched Gapstow Bridge overlooking the Pond and look for the treasures hidden among the trees, such as the Balto Statue that commemorates a heroic lead sled dog.
Continue along the scenic Mall and Literary Walk to admire statues of famous writers, then stop at Bethesda Terrace, where the grand fountain overlooks the Lake.
