Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) for the duration of the Jetty Train journey and the Underwater Observatory tour
Children under the age of 3 years are free of charge but must be seated on an adults lap on the train. They do not get an allocated train seat to themselves
Tickets are valid for one return trip and can be used as a Jetty Day Pass
No Prams – Due to safety regulations, prams, strollers, or pushers (including compact folding types) cannot be taken on the Jetty Train or into the Underwater Observatory. It is recommended to use a baby carrier instead. Also, no fishing gear or large luggage on board the train or in the Underwater Observatory.

You are recommended to use a baby carrier if you have one available. For an AUD 10 deposit, you can secure your pram to the jetty for the duration of your trip. Please advise the friendly bookings staff if this service is required

Train rides and Underwater Observatory tours depart hourly. During summer, trains run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and tours are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In winter, the schedule shifts from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for trains and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for tours.
Head to the Interpretive Centre to collect your tickets and board the Jetty Train. You can also find everything you need for your day at Busselton Jelly, such as drinks, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, fishing gear, snacks, and more.
The guided tour of the Underwater Observatory takes approximately 40 minutes, enough time to explore the marine life and the artificial reef.
