Buckingham Palace operates a timed entry system. When checking in at Evan Evans office, you will be given a printed voucher valid on the date and time indicated. Please exchange the printed voucher for tickets at the Buckingham Palace Ticket Office – Gate A. The Ticket Office is located next to the Ticket Holders' Entrance on Buckingham Palace Road and you will need to be there 15 minutes prior to the admission time. ● A multilingual audio guide is included in your admission price ● Please ensure that you have a valid identification with you on the day ● Mobility Access at Buckingham Palace: Unfortunately, we are unable to make bookings for guests wishing wheelchair or step free access. Bookings need to be made directly with Buckingham Palace ● Photography is not permitted within the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace ● Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the Palace, with the exception of bottled water ● For safety reasons, pushchairs/strollers cannot be taken into the State Rooms. They must be checked in and collected after your tour
