Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. please text the reservations team at least 24 hours before your tour at +1 (775) 382-2816 with your confirmation number to confirm your pickup location and time. -Present your valid photo ID to the tour staff. -Please limit luggage to one (up to the size of a backpack) per guest. Any additional luggage will be subject to a charge of $10 each collected by tour staff. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control.
