Note: Children under 14 years old are free of charge for entry; however, the amenities are provided only for paying adults.

- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
- Guests are required to bring their own swimsuit or rent from the facilities.
- We advise you to not bring jewlery in the lagoon as it might get damaged from the elevated mineral content.

Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 90 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
All hotels and ports in Reykjavik, (Please kindly select the option with the transfer if you require this service) Please kindly inform the pick-up location if it is not on the list. Due to local regulations, certain hotels/guesthouses/apartments do not allow for lobby pick-up. Guests will have to go to the nearest bus stop for their pick-up. For Reykjavik pick-ups from the hotel or nearest bus stop, you will be picked up with a minibus and transferred to the Bus Terminal to join a coach bus that will take you to the Lagoon. You will be dropped off at Blue Lagoon. The same procedure is applied for the return to Reykjavik. For the Hotels and accommodations located in Keflavik Town, the shuttle bus pick-up is handled from the Keflavik Airport. If a direct hotel pick-up is needed, a private transfer is required. Meeting / End Points
- For all guests who have selected option with transfer, we will pick you up at the hotel lobby or designated pick-up location. Detailed will be emailed to you upon confirmation. Please note that pick-up starts 90 minutes before for shuttle bus transfer and 30 minutes before for private transfer.

Please note that pick-up for the shuttle transfer option starts 90 minutes before the entrance whereas the pick-up for the private transfer starts 45 minutes before the entrance.
