- Please note: It is recommended your bring sunscreen, a towel, a hat and sunglasses.
- Photo ID must be shown to match the the method of payment used to create the booking, which will be documented at check-in.
- No smoking is allowed during our tour.
- You must arrange your own transportation to the departure point to arrive during check-in between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. No-Shows will be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed on the catamaran. Not even water bottles. Only baby formula and milk.
- The tour is WEATHER PERMITTING: If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be notified through email or text to reschedule. If rescheduling is not optimal a full refund will be initiated. The itinerary may change without notice to ensure the safety of all guests.

- Dock Location: Hurricane Hole, Dock slip 11. Paradise Island, right next to Margaritaville—just over the bridge from Nassau. You will depart from this location after the tour ends. Taxi cabs are plentiful or arrange transportation.
