We will visit the Aburi Botanical Gardens, a popular destination known for its diverse species of birds, butterflies, and trees. During our visit, we will enjoy a guided tour that will teach us about the history of the local trees and various plant species. We will explore the gardens to learn about the origins, age, and medicinal properties of the different plants. The main entrance is welcoming, featuring a beautiful palm walk that forms an avenue of elegant palm trees. Highlights of the garden include the Bush House, the Rock Garden, the Pergola (also known as Lovers Lane), the Ficus tree, and the retired helicopter from the School of Horticulture.
