  • we do not recommend for children aged 0 - 2 to join this activity due to long time driving

  • Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

  • Meals are at your own expense and are not included in the tour. Please have lunch on your own at Asahiyama Zoo. As for dinner, there is no place to purchase it, so we recommend that you prepare your own snacks.

  • We plan to arrive at Asahiyama Zoo around 14:00pm. Please note that you will have a late lunch.

  • We are planning to visit the Blue Pond in Biei, but traffic congestion is expected during the tourist season. Depending on the traffic situation, we may change the sightseeing spot to 「Hokusei-no-oka(a hill in the northwest)」.

  • Regarding flower viewing, the blooming status may vary depending on the climate conditions of the year. Also, the type and number of flowers may change depending on the year. Please take a note.

  • As this will be sightseeing before sunset, you will not be able to see the illuminated Blue Pond.

  • If you are participating while traveling to Hokkaido or Sapporo, please refrain from participating on the last day of your trip. (There is no compensation for bus delays.)

  • There may be a slight delay in arrival due to road conditions. Also, in case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled on the day.

  • If you are delayed in returning and need to take a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be able to charge you any fees.

  • The time spent at each stop may be shortened or canceled due to weather or congestion. Also, the order of stops may vary depending on the bus.

  • Tour times may change depending on road conditions, etc. As a result, you may not be able to see events such as "Mogu Mogu Time." Please also note that events such as "Mogu Mogu Time" may not be held.

  • If even one section of the outbound or return trip is closed before using the expressway, the route will be taken via a national or prefectural highway, and the resting place may be a roadside station, etc.

  • Also, depending on your arrival time, your tour time at Asahiyama Zoo may be significantly reduced, or in the worst case, you may not be able to tour. If you cannot see it, we will refund your admission ticket price.

  • The only drop-off point is the north exit of Sapporo Station. (It does not stop at hotels.)

  • Large luggage such as suitcases will be stored in the trunk of the bus. You will not be able to take your luggage in or out during the tour, so please prepare everything you need for sightseeing in your hand luggage. When checking in on the day, please let the staff know that you have luggage to check.

  • There will be no tour conductor, but an attendant will be on board.

  • Smoking is prohibited on the buses used on the tour. The bus does not have a toilet. We will take toilet breaks and stop at sightseeing spots as appropriate, so please finish your tour there.
