Guido's experience is all about local food and tastes. First we will try and create three of the Italy's most famous cocktails and learn the story behind them accompained by Tuscan charcuterie composed of lcal cheeses, salami and bruschettas. The class continues with a fresh pasta making session, where everyone will make their favourite pasta, choosing between tagliatelle or ravioli guided by the host Guido. Then we will end the experience enjoyng food and drink we've crafted togheter.
