Mobile or paper ticket accepted Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. We only have pick up in the Riviera Maya from the Moon Palace Hotel all the way to Playacar in Playa del Carmen with an additional cost of $ 15usd per person. after this city there is no transportation available because it is outside the pick-up zone for distances greater than 1 hour
