• If you need to cancel the HSR ticket, please submit a cancellation application in the HSR ticket order. The cancellation will then follow the HSR cancellation regulations and policies
• To cancel the entire order including the main tour and the added HSR ticket, please cancel the HSR ticket order first according to the above, and then contact Over The Planet customer service to apply for the main tour order cancellation.
• After the main tour order is canceled, you are not eligible for the HSR discount ticket.

- A 50% handling fee will be charged for cancellations made 1 day before the selected date.

- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 20:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- After booking is successful, our staff will provide the link the to the group chat and notify and confirm the final meeting time and location. Please pay attention to the order message the day before pick-up, download relevant apps and join the group chat in advance as instructed, and keep communication open
- This shared tour uses a 5-seater/9-seater vehicle for transportation and does not include a tour guide. Service personnel may use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please keep this in mind before booking your order
- Due to factors such as traffic jams, road closures, natural disasters, etc., the arrival time may be delayed or the itinerary may be changed.
- Due to the long journey, the tour staff will provide the guided commentary mainly onboard the bus. Travelers will explore the attractions on their own once arriving on-site
- The vehicle type depends on the number of people on the day. It is not possible to assign a specific seat. Please take the bus in an orderly manner according to the staff instruction
- If the number of bookings for bilingual guides (Chinese/English) is less than 6 guests, the service will be replaced with a Chinese-only guided tour. Customer service will notify travelers and refund the language price difference of NT$250 one day before the departure date. Please keep this in mind before booking
- Due to the regulations in Taiwan, all cleaning and repair costs will be paid in full by the traveler if the vehicle is dirty or damaged due to personal reasons
- This is a fixed itinerary for a shared tour. Last minute changes to destinations or any other adjustments will not be accepted. Please adhere to the designated time at each attraction and follow the instructions of the service personnel
- The tour involves walking for long periods of time. Travelers are recommended to wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Please participate the tour based on your own physical condition
