Explore the Slovenian mountainous region of the Julian Alps from two towns on the opposite side of the mountain range, Bled and Bovec. These guided walking holidays are divided into two halves, each giving you a better insight into the half of the region you are residing in.
Slovenia is itself often talked about as a country of numerous landscapes. But even just one region, the Julian Alps, is diverse enough to be the focus of a week-long holiday. Most of it is protected in the area of the Triglav National Park, the only one of its kind in Slovenia. Between the more apparent rocky mountains lie bustling green valleys, powered by crystal clear streams and rivers, making the lakes and meadows rich with flora and fauna.
