Day 1
Guests arrive at Salt Lake City and self check-in at the hotel (Normally check-in time would be after 15:00. Transportation to the hotel and tour guide are not included for day1)

Day 2
Salt Lake City → Jackson → Jackson Town Square with Elk Antier Arches (60 mins) → Grand Teton National Park （Mandatory, 80 mins, the most beautiful Jenny Lake Trail + Jackson Lake Dam Viewing Point) → Yellowstone National Park (Mandatory, 45 mins go to West Thumb Geyser and other attractions, please refer to the actual arrangement) → West Yellowstone
Grand Prismatic Spring
Yellowstone Park is a volcanic area, and the geothermal phenomena are surrounded by plank bridges. It takes an average of 30 minutes to walk to each attraction. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Yellowstone Park is located in the Rocky Mountains, about 7,000 feet above sea level, In the midsummer of July and August, the morning temperature can sometimes be as low as 4°C, so please keep warm.
The South Gate of Yellowstone National Park is expected to open on 05/10/2025. Therefore, West Thumb Geyser is still not available for visit from 05/02/2025 to 05/09/2025. Please understand.

- Service fee: USD $15 per person per day, same rate for adults and children
- A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
- Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour, so please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
- For your comfort during the tour, each guest is allowed to bring only one piece of carry-on luggage that the dimension is limited to 65cm (L) × 45cm (W) × 28cm (H), similar to a 26-inch suitcase
- The tour guide will purchase optional activities for you. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point
- All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)

- The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route
- In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays that cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
- If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that 0% of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
- In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded, except for the tickets for optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable
- Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
- Please refer to your voucher for details, and be alert to change notifications as tour guide may adjust based on actual on-site conditions, emergencies, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
- Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour

Purchase Summary
- On this tour, travelers are not allowed to change their names, increase or decrease the number of people or the number of rooms within 30 days before departure
- Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
- The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
- When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact Over The Planet in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact Over The Planet in advance for confirmation. Car seat rental fee is US$10/day and failure to do so may result in admission decline
- Bilingual tour guide in both Mandarin and English are available for this tour; please aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
- Considering the extended periods of travel by vehicle, please do access your physical conditions before making a reservation
- Due to the oil price soar and the cost of vehicle greatly increased, starting April 1, 2022, please be advised that all bus tours will be subject to an additional transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day, which will be paid together with the tour fees when you place the order
