For Private trip with driver you don't need any tickets but for seine river cruise we need to send you the etickets which will be delivered to you within 12 hours of the booking. If you don't receive them please call us or send us an urgent message to receive them. The boat company Bateaux Parisiens doesn't allow entry without the E-tickets
