During this 3 hour cooking class, not only you will learn to cook the recipes of authentic Apulian dishes like focaccia, panzerotti or patata riso & cozze (rarely offered in other cooking classes), but you will also get to meet Giuliano, a chef who is deeply rooted in the city where he grew up (Bari) but who also travelled the world for job and has thousands of stories to tell. This is a unique opportunity to discover what makes Apulian cuisine so special and to make an unforgettable memory that will mark you holiday.
At the beginning of the cooking class, Giuliano will tell you his fascinating story about being a chef, which has seen him cook in the most renowned restaurants all around the world. He will then show you the ingredients that you will use to prepare your lunch and explain the recipes that you will prepare together. Next, Giuliano will guide you through the preparation of the menu that you have decided to cook. Don't forget to let us know your choice from the options listed above well in advance, as well as any allergies, intolerances or other requests you may have! Our menus are adaptable for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, etc. The experience will end with a tasting of the dishes that you have all prepared together during the cooking class, accompanied by a drink. During the lunch, you will have time to chat with Giuliano to ask him all the questions you want and learn more about his story as a globetrotting chef.
