- A minimum of 3 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
- Activity arrangements will be adjusted based on participant conditions/facility conditions/weather factors, with safety and overall quality as the highest consideration.
- In the event of force majeure factors such as typhoon, heavy rain, water conditions, etc., the company assesses that the day is not suitable for activities. - From the day before the event to the day of the event, if you do not participate in the event due to personal reasons, extensions and refunds will not be accepted. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading this clause before making payment, and understand and bear the risks themselves.
- Late/no-show: If a participant is overdue for more than 20 minutes from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the person on the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting.
- Our company provides accompanying photos during the event. The company has the right to use the photos during the event and publish them on web pages, social media or advertisements.
- Please wear hiking clothes, comfortable shoes, hiking poles, etc. when participating in hiking activities.
- Please bring enough water (2 liters recommended), backpack, raincoat (for heavy rain), umbrella (for light rain), clothes and pants, sun hat, small towel, sunscreen, no perfume (to prevent bees), snacks, etc. supplies.
- There is no storage facility on site, please do not bring valuables.
- There are no toilet facilities on site, so please use the toilet before departure.

- Since this is a combined itinerary, please consider your own physical condition. The route often has steep ascents and descents. You need to be accustomed to climbing and in good physical condition. Please evaluate your own condition before making a reservation.
- For safety reasons, please make sure that you are in good health and suitable for engaging in strenuous outdoor activities. - How to change the date
1. The date can be changed within 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
2. However, the change can only be made once and only for events of the same organizer.
3. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated.
4. No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
5. Date changes are not accepted within the departure date.
