As Yoga and meditation practitioner, in my pursuit of comprehending knowledge through explorations about the process of physical and mental aspects of our lives, I was able to experience healing and rhythm for myself. It fascinated me how physical aspects of yoga help access the spiritual nature of human mind. As I observe how people fall stressed on their way through the conventional life, I realize it is our mind more than the body needs healing. I would like to conduct my yoga sessions with a lot more emphasis on the mind aspect and include what I witness about how our mind work from a Buddhist perspective as well.
Throughout the years it led me to host sessions as a yoga teacher and a therapist for many individuals. What I posses drove me into bringing peace & healing to people making it my life purpose.

We will practice yoga for body healing and mindfulness meditation for mind healing. I would also like to have a discussion about our knowledge about how our mind and body works to understand the stresses of our life and how to heal our selves.
