Our yoga class will guide you through a grounding & immersive vinyasa flow with a lot of joy followed by a delicious nourishing brunch. Savor the flavourful hot and cold items from our menu and select your favorite breakfast for a great start to the day. The breakfast menu offers hearty specialties like all-time favorite breakfast classics such as the Eggs Benedict and healthy options such as Oat Bowl or Yoghurt-Granola Bowl if you have a desire to start the day with some sweets we always have a special treat on our menu. Time: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm (noon). The gate opens at 9:15 am. Duration: Yoga session - 75 minutes, Brunch - 90 minutes
