Xcaret is a water, theme, amusement, eco-archaeological park and more, in one place. Due to its privileged location in the Mayan jungle among underground rivers, cenotes and facing the Caribbean Sea, Xcaret has impressive scenarios where you can do different activities and enjoy to the fullest those scenarios. Besides that, Xcaret is a park that celebrates Mexico’s present and rich past, a country known for its traditions, culture and folklore. Have fun in water activities that will take you to mystical places in the territories of Chaac, the Mayan god of water. Enjoy underground rivers, a beach area, a lagoon, and natural pools of seawater. The supplier is entitled to assign a meeting point even if your hotel is listed Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum, there is no other pick up point. The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Ticket Redemption
The boarding pass will be delivered to the customer, it has to be printed. The customer has to be checking the email they used to make the reservation. No refund will be provided if the customer does not print the right boarding pass
