Welcome to my experience. I am Cinzia, and I would be honored to welcome you to the Tenuta Padre Pio, to tell you how my wines are born, but above all to show you, some of the wine-tasting techniques, fundamental to learning to appreciate a wine. These incredible culinary and sensorial stories will be told outdoors, where you are completely immersed in the centuries-old olive trees. Afterwards, you will taste our own extra virgin olive oil, and three different types of wine (white, rosé and red), which will be combined with delicious typical local products (cold cuts, cheeses and bruschette garganiche). Later, we will take a walk at sunset in my vineyard located in Foresta Umbra, Unesco World Heritage, a magical place, which will allow you to complete your training making you touch the native vines of the territory. I guarantee you, that after this sensory experience, you will know the basics of how to taste a wine, but above all, you will always remember this land with a smile.
