A walking tour of Old Town Zagreb is an exciting program about two settlements on neighboring hills, which are the main parts of Zagreb. Gradets (also known as Gornji Grad) is the first, and Kaptol is the second. The main Tkalchicheva street with its houses in the valley along the Medvescak stream Together with a professional local guide, you will immerse yourself in the medieval atmosphere of old Zagreb, with its narrow streets surrounded by 18th and 19th-century buildings. Zagreb is a beautiful city, but it is also an important European center, through which the legendary Orient Express passed. We will walk through the most significant places of Upper and Lower Zagreb, talk about Croatian traditions and gastronomy, look at the colorful Dolac market, and witness at the architectural symbols of the city. And then, optionally, we will reward ourselves with a mug of Croatian dark beer!
