The Alsace Wine Museum is the gateway to the vineyards and the Alsace Wine Route. Your journey will start on a train to take you through the vineyard. You will discover the cultivation of vines through the seasons, as well as the richness of Alsatian soils that give wines of character: the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. You will then discover the professions around wine in Alsace, with the winemaker and his work in the cellar, the cooper, the glassmaker, the corkmaker, the illustrator or the teacher. A place where you can initiate your senses through an olfactory experience. A place to have fun with your family through a fun route. The oenologist will explain how to taste and discover all the aromas of wine, through a tasting of 3 grape varieties for adults and 3 grape juices for the little ones. Our chefs will also explain all the food / wine pairings around Alsatian gastronomy.
