The tasting will begin with an explanation of the Vinho Verde wine region. We will understand the influence of climate, soil and grape varieties on wines from Vinho Verde.
Afterwards, we will taste three different wines from small producers in the region. Producers with notoriety in the market.
You will be able to taste fresh, aromatic wines with high acidity.
During the tasting you will also be able to try products from the region (e.g. cheese, jam, biscuits).
Tourists will learn about the Vinho Verde region. Throughout the explanation you will have the opportunity to taste 3 wines from the Vinho Verde region. The tasting will be accompanied by a cheese board.
