Urgent Instructions

• [E-visa (urgent)] Urgent applications require 1+1 working days, submitted before 11:00 on the same day and completed before 19:00 the next day; if submitted after the deadline, an additional 1 working day will be required.

Single/multiple instructions

• Single-entry visa: It can be used once for entry or exit within the validity period of the visa and will automatically become invalid after use. (Must enter and exit the country within the validity period)
• Multiple-entry visa: The visa can be used for unlimited entry and exit within the validity period and will automatically become invalid after the expiration date. (Must enter and exit the country within the validity period)

Explanation of the differences between agency and guaranteed approval

• Agency service: Apply through the official website of Vietnam. Whether the visa is issued or not is decided by the official. If the visa is rejected, the reason will not be explained (you need to provide "Application Information", such as contact information in Taiwan or Vietnam, etc.)
• Visa application return method: You need to check online whether the visa is issued and download the visa by yourself
• Guaranteed approval service: Applications are submitted through the local visa department. Document evaluation is more controllable. If insufficient documents are available, additional documents can be submitted until the application is issued. This means that the application is guaranteed to be approved, but the processing days cannot be guaranteed. If the time is too close and you are worried about delaying your precious trip, it is recommended that you order an urgent application.

Visa on Arrival Permit Application Process

• Round trip air ticket booking records
• After the visa is approved (about 7 working days), the supplier will send back the "Visa on Arrival Permit" and "Vietnam Entry Form". Please print and fill in the form and bring it to Vietnam.
• After landing in Vietnam, please bring your "visa on arrival permit", "two 2-inch photos with white background (4x6)", "passport", "Vietnam entry form", and find the airport pick-up person who will assist you in handling the Vietnam visa on arrival procedures. (Please do not go to the visa-on-arrival window to apply for it yourself, so as not to be charged 25 US dollars, which cannot be refunded)

• Provide a copy of your passport (passengers who meet the visa exemption requirement do not need to provide this)
• Provide a headshot or selfie of the person who passed the customs
• Provide a Vietnam visa (not required for visa-exempt travelers)
• After receiving the submission reply, you can follow the application process instructions
• On the day of entry: Find the person holding the designated name sign at the immigration counter and they will guide you to the designated counter for processing
• On the day of departure: After obtaining your boarding pass and completing baggage check-in, go to the meeting point and report to the service staff (if you need a tax refund, please go to the tax refund counter in the departure hall to get the tax refund form stamped before reporting).

Notes

• Please make sure that the service airport is consistent with the flight landing airport to avoid losses.
• If you are unable to arrive as planned due to flight changes or other problems, please contact customer service in a timely manner to inform us. If we fail to inform you immediately, you will be responsible for any problems and losses caused by this.
• The purpose of the fast-track customs clearance service is to save your time queuing in front of the immigration officer (for passport inspection) and guide you to the designated counter to complete entry formalities with the immigration officer. It does not mean that you will skip the formalities with the immigration officer and do not guarantee customs clearance. There is no fast-track security check. If you are unable to pass customs smoothly due to your personal problems (such as insufficient passport validity, bad entry and exit records, immigration officer's failure to review or incorrect information filled in, etc.), you will be responsible for the relevant losses.
• The airport is crowded. If you do not see the pick-up staff immediately, please call the emergency number (Chinese is available) immediately. If you go through customs on your own due to lack of contact, it will be deemed that you have waived this service and no refund will be given.
• Travelers holding Chinese passports will need to prepare an additional USD 5 + 2 headshots (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) upon arrival in Vietnam. *Klook and its suppliers and local operators are not responsible for any VISA issues of customers. The Fast Track service does not include visa services.
