  • The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
  • On peak days, the scheduled access time may be delayed due to security checks implemented by the Palace of Versailles.
  • The palace gardens are free from November to March, with no garden tickets needed.
  • Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
  • Trains are not running between "Paris Austerlitz" and "Versailles Château Rive Gauche" from July 15 to August 23. You have two public transport options: 1- Take a train to Versailles Rive Droite (Line L from Saint-Lazare or La Défense), then walk 18 minutes to the meeting point. 2-Take a train to Versailles Chantiers (Line N from Montparnasse), then walk 15 minutes to the meeting point.

  • Please don't go directly to the Palace. First, check in at the GetYourGuide office, just a few minutes’ walk from the Palace. The trains are not running between the stations "PARIS AUSTERLITZ" and "Versailles Chateau Rive Gauche" from the 15th of July to the 23rd of August

• The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the agency (tour departs few minutes after). In case of late arrival, no refund or postponement will be made. • For children, please bring an ID card or Passport (or a copy) to justify the reduced price. • Suitcases are not allowed • The skip-the-line access can be slowed down on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace • The gardens are free from November to March. From April to October, the entrance of the gardens is not free because of the Musical or Fountain Show (extra ticket to be paid) • Bring your own headphones if you have them; standard jack, not Bluetooth
