We will visit the fish market. You will learn about local fish, recipes and technical training from a culinary professional. You will learn to cook typical dishes that you can then make at home for your friends, surprising them. We will cook fish, meat and seasonal vegetables. Of course we will eat what we prepare.
We will choose fish, vegetables and meat together. We will create a menu and cook everything in an equipped kitchen. I will teach you typical dishes of the Venetian tradition, cichetti and cooking techniques (risotto, pasta..), marinades. We will eat what we have cooked accompanied by a glass of wine.
