Application steps

• After placing an order, please upload a copy of your passport (passport must be valid for more than 6 months), a copy of the front and back of your ID card (those under 14 who have not obtained an ID card can attach a copy of their household registration; foreign nationals please attach their parents' English surnames and English names), a color 2-inch photo with a white background, and basic information to 【US ESTA Electronic Travel Application Form】

• If the visa application cannot be completed successfully due to incomplete basic information, the working days will be delayed

Working days

• Expected working days: 4 days (excluding weekends and national holidays); If the visa application cannot be completed successfully due to incomplete basic information, the working days will be delayed
• The order date is the acceptance date
• The processing date starts from the time when the passenger has prepared all the required documents
• After the electronic authorization is issued, the supplier will send it to the email address provided by the customer in the order

Notes

• Starting from November 1, 2012, holders of a Republic of China ordinary chip passport (with ID card number) and eligible for the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) for stays of less than 90 days must apply for ESTA to enter the United States without a US visa
• If ESTA authorization is rejected, no refund will be given
• To enter the United States with an ESTA visa, the flight must be from Taiwan
• If your passport is valid for less than one year, ESTA will only be issued until the passport expires.
• Must be used according to the booking date and opening hours of the day, otherwise it will be invalid
• Please do not book flights, hotels, etc. before your visa is approved.
• A 2-inch color photo with a white background. The photo must be a JPG file. The photo cannot be the same as the passport photo. Sunglasses, hats or masks are not allowed.

Information about Electronic Travel Permit (ESTA)

• Travel authorization (ESTA) is usually valid for two years, or if your passport is less than two years old (until your passport expires), ESTA will provide the ESTA validity date when approving the application, and you can enter and exit the United States multiple times within the validity period.
• You must reapply for ESTA if: you get a new passport, change your name, gender, nationality, or the answers you gave when applying for ESTA are no longer correct
• Before traveling to the United States, travelers holding ESTA should check their ESTA status on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website.
• If ESTA authorization is rejected, a handling fee of TWD150 will be charged
• The information provided cannot be changed after logging in. If you need to change the information, it will be regarded as a new registration.
