Your journey begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel, followed by a short transfer to our exclusive marina at the Punta Sam Ferry Terminal. Step aboard your Catamaran and set sail across the dazzling Caribbean Sea. Dive into paradise at one of the Caribbean’s most stunning natural reserves! Snorkel in crystal-clear waters teeming with vibrant marine life—spot tropical fish, graceful sea turtles, and colorful coral formations in this underwater wonderland. Once we arrive at the island, enjoy free time to: Stroll the charming streets lined with marine-life murals and local shops. Take a picture with iconic island monuments. Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Coco bongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 7:30 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by its own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot.
