Cachoeira de Iracema
The Iracema Waterfall is a beautiful 8-meter-high waterfall, located in a paradisiacal setting. During the river flood period, generally from March to July, the waterfall has maximum water volume, becoming more beautiful, but also more dangerous for swimming due to the strong current. The most suitable period for diving is from September to January, at the ebb of the rivers, when natural pools form and it is possible to bathe under the waterfall.
Presidente Figueiredo
Sucuriju Waterfall is easily accessible and is located within a hotel complex. It is possible to visit the Iracema waterfall and Sucuriju on the same day, access is via an easy trail that lasts about 15 minutes. In times of drought, it is possible to bathe in the waterfall, in addition to viewing natural pools in the rock slab.
