The tour operator takes safety very seriously, so tours take place on quiet streets, park paths, and bike lanes. Your instructor will provide safety instructions before each tour, and helmets (Provided) are mandatory
If there is rain in the forecast, please call the operator first to confirm that the tour is still on before you travel to the meeting place
The operator will cancel the activity two hours before the start time if the tour does not have sufficient registration. If the operator cancels the tour, ticket holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (Subject to availability) or receive a refund

Upon arrival, guests must sign a waiver before riding. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them
Please be aware that pregnant women must present their doctors' authorization in writing in order to participate in the tour
Please be aware that riders aged 15 years or younger may be excluded from the tour if the guide feels that they are not able to ride in a safe enough manner to not endanger themselves or the group
There's an underground parking garage beneath the meeting point. The weekday rate is CAD 16 per day, maximum, while the weekend rate is CAD 7 per day. Enter from St. Patrick. Secure valuables in your trunk and store belongings in the locker during the tour
The nearest subway station is St. Patrick on the University Line. Walk two blocks west from the station to Village by the Grange
You must wear a securely fastened helmet during the ride for your safety and as per insurance requirements
