We start with a quick tasting of fresh Greek olives. Then we can choose together the vegetables you will use in your cooking at the Central Market of Thessaloniki “Kapani”, where numerous locals do their daily grocery shopping. Also, visit the famous Modiano Market and taste local cheese.

With the help of our professional and experienced cook, you learn how to prepare famously traditional Greek dishes. You savor traditional appetizers, salads & main courses, such as Tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cucumber & garlic dip), Stuffed vine leaves “dolmadakia” , Greek salad, Stuffed vegetables (peppers & tomatoes) & your dessert: Chocolate salami!

All are prepared by you and served in a beautiful traditional tavern nestled in the heart of Thessaloniki!

Tzatziki is served as a cold appetizer (mezze), a side dish, and as a sauce for souvlaki and gyros sandwiches and other foods

STARTER - Dolmadakia

Stuffed grape leaves are one of the iconic Greek foods. With fresh herbs and tender rice, they are a delicacy not to be missed.

STARTER - Greek Salad

Traditional Greek salad is simple and vibrant. Fresh tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olive and feta, tossed in an herby Greek salad dressing.

MAIN - Gemista

Gemista are traditional Greek stuffed vegetables that are filled with rice and herbs and then baked with potatoes and a delicious tomato sauce.

DESSERT - Chocolate Salami / Kormos

Kormos in Greek means tree log and has been named after its shape. You can find this dessert under various names such as mosaico, salami etc.
