First, you will visit a local Shanghai vegetable market to experience the life of the market and learn to select fresh ingredients. Back at the studio, you will cook 4 classic Chinese dishes (2 meat and 2 vegetarian) under professional guidance and enjoy them with rice or noodles. After cooking, taste the homemade food with your companions, brew a pot of Chinese tea, listen to the tea culture explanation, and experience the perfect fusion of tradition and modernity. Whether it is family, friends or couples, you can enjoy the fun of hands-on cooking in this class and gain a double experience of delicious food and culture!
