- The actual Din Tai Fung QR-Codes E-ticket will be sent to you via email in a URL link with attached QR-Code format of the voucher and present them on any electrical devices or paper print out copy at you conveniences when redeeming
- The validity of the meal voucher is 90 days starting from the date of issue before use, invalid after the expiration date.
- The Din Tai Fung meal voucher WILL BE ISSUED BY THE LOCAL SUPPLIER VIA EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER, NOT the CONFIRMATION VOUCHER from VIATOR.
- Due to the QR CODE is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, please try to make a reservation within 90 days of your travel date. If the travel date is more than 90 days from the booking date, we will notify you separately of the issuance date.

- Once the QR-Code is presented and redeemed by the restaurant staff, the travel date cannot be changed.
- Due to potential crowding at the 101 and Xinsheng branches, please arrive by 7 PM. Late arrivals may not be seated.
- The following are shared dishes: appetizers, fried rice, vegetables, and soup. Portion sizes are determined by the number of sets.
- If the set menu has sold out it will be replaced by another same value of set menu.
- Reserved meal vouchers must equal the number of diners. Non-voucher holders with the same group cannot be seated (excluding children 0-11).
