What's included in Surfing Lesson in La Mata Beach
(Subject to Option Inclusions)You will learn how to catch waves on the first lesson. Our proven learn-to-surf method is a systematic approach to teaching people the proper mechanics of the act of surfing. Here is what you can expect out of this activity: 1. Meeting and introduction. 2. Getting to know the equipment we are going to use and distribution of the right equipment to all the participants. 3.Land part. > Introduce the sea conditions and proper behavior in the water to all the participants. > Discovering what is the best position on the board for each of the participants (goofy or regular). > Practising the take-off maneuver. 4. Water part. > You will go in the water accompanied by a professional instructor at all times. The instructor will be helping you by pushing your board to make you catch waves more easily and will give you feedback after each wave to improve your technique.
