First driving along the the windward costal highway, you then turn off and make your way to the base of the mountain. The volcano offers stunning views of the of the surrounding landscapes including stunning forest. Climbing La Soufriere can be a challenging but rewarding experience. You will need to be well prepared and follow the safety guidelines. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery and the sense of accomplishment. You then make it back down the mountain and to the awaiting vehicle which will take you Black Point Tunnel which a historic landmark.
