Once your booking has been confirmed, download the voucher that will also be sent to you via email. You will need to show it at the boarding point, either printed or on your smartphone. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time. At the meeting point, the mosaicist will check your voucher and take you to the workshop. Our local mosaicist, despite having only basic English skills, effectively engages participants thanks to his passion, practical demonstrations, tools, videos, and anecdotes. The workshop visit is shared, and there will be other people with you (max 10 people). Duration: Approx. 2 hours (1 hour workshop + 20-minute walk from the workshop on your own to reach St. Mark's Basilica + 30-minute visit to the Basilica) After the demonstration, the mosaicist will hand you a paper copy of your skip-the-line entry ticket to St Mark's Basilica. You will visit St Mark's Basilica on your own and reach it easily on a 20-minute walk from the workshop. You would need to follow the signs to St Mark's Square and/or directions on Google Maps. You will be able to enter St Mark's Basilica at the time indicated on the ticket you will receive from the mosaicist. Entrance can be between 12.30 pm and 4.30 pm on the same day depending on availability. The visit lasts approximately 30 minutes. Make sure you arrive at St. Mark’s Basilica at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time displayed on your ticket. It is forbidden to bring suitcases, backpacks or large bags into the Basilica. Appropriate dress is required to Visit the Basilica (no shorts or tank tops). The Procuratoria di San Marco reserves the right to deny access to the basilica at any time and without prior notice for force majeure reasons. You can cancel with a full refund within 24 hours before the booked date of the service. The entry ticket to St. Mark’s Basilica (€ 8 per person from the age of 7) is not refundable.
