(Subject to Option Inclusions)You will be picked up from your Southampton Cruise Terminal and taken directly to your central London hotel, accommodation, train station, or Airport. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 5 -10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
When making a booking, you must provide your pickup time and address/hotel/Airport. your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
- The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van. 9 to 14 adults traveling with 14 big suitcases, 14 small suitcases, subject to availability a 16 seater minibus or two 7 seater vans.
- This service is only available for drop-off to the following postcodes/Area in London Soho, West End, Mayfair, W1 - Bayswater, Paddington W2 - Notting Hill W8 - Holland Park W11 - Shepherd's Bush W14 - Belgravia, St James’s, Victoria, Westminster, Whitehall, Pimlico SW1 - Knightsbridge SW3 - Earls Court SW5 - Hammersmith SW6 - Kensington SW7 - Bloomsbury WC1 - Covent Garden, Holborn WC2 - Euston, Kings Cross/St Pancras Rail Station, Regents Park NW1 - Only Westminster Bridge, Waterloo, SE1 does not include drop-offs to Southwark and London Bridge area.

- The disembarkation time is the time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal.

Additional Information
Please state your preferred pick-up time when booking. The pickup time is the disembarkation time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal. Generally the ships arrive at 5am, with the first passengers disembarking at 6am. Please note: The cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However, you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship, therefore if you wish to disembark the ship by 8am, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8am.

Cruise terminal pickup, When you have collected all your luggage, you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area) If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914. If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply £10.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. If you wish to change the pick-up time, please let us know, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 24x16x10 inches / 62x43x26 cm (23 kg to 50 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Travelling with suitcase with dimensions bigger than the big suitcase will be considered as 2 big Suitcases. By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.
