A guided tour in a traditional lemon garden, where you can discover the famous oval lemon of Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, cultivated only in the Sorrento peninsula with the IGP mark. During the visit will be illustrated the techniques of cultivation and production of the most famous lemon in the world. We will show you the process of growing lemon, its history and its use in ancient and modern cuisine. Following tasting of homemade jams accompanied by Provolone del Monaco, lemon oil, Sorrento nuts and a cold glass of homemade limoncello.
