- The activity at Cerro Lopez is subject to weather conditions. In case there is insufficient snow to carry out the scheduled activity, we are not responsible for the lack of snow. If the center remains open and operational with limited or no snow, refunds will not be issued due to the conditions affecting the experience.
- Rates do not apply to special dates such as Christmas and New Year's.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- This package is non-refundable and cannot be modified or canceled.
- Rates are per person. If you are a solo traveler, you will have single occupancy. If there are two or more travelers, you will have double or triple occupancy. If single occupancy is required, we can certainly provide a quote.
