  • For Bus transfer, no need child seat (Child between 4-7 years old, or child below 1.35m)
  • The baby seat is not available due to hygiene reasons; you can bring your own baby seat or hold the baby. (Baby under 3 years old)
  • [Pick up] If your flight arrives at 7:00 am, kindly ensure that you choose pick-up time as 7:00 am. The driver will check your flight status and the exact pick-up time of the day following your flight lands time.
  • [Pick up] The exact time of pickup is determined by the arrival schedule of your flight. The driver will wait outside the baggage gate 1 hour from the actual flight landing. Kindly Note: When the waiting period is exceeded, a fee is charged. For more information, please refer to "Purchase Notice".
  • [Drop off] Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, the driver will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If passengers are not ready within this period, additional charges will apply. We recommend pick up at least 3 hours your departure flight time.
  • Due to the safety of your personal belongings, the driver will not touch your luggage. Please put your luggage into the bus by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.

Surcharge

For airport pick-up transfer service, your driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the passenger's actual flight arrival time. A surcharge applies for exceeding the waiting limit (SGD 10 for every 10 mins to be paid to the driver).
For airport drop-off transfer service, your driver will wait for you for up to 15 minutes. A surcharge applies for exceeding the waiting limit (SGD 10 for every 10 mins to be paid to driver).
Additional charges apply for pickups outside the service area, such as outside the city center (Postal code starting with "6", Sembawang, Woodlands, Yishun and Sentosa) Additional SGD 15 to be paid directly to the driver.
