- Covered shoes to be worn at all times. Flip flops or high heels are not permitted.
- Photography allowed but no flash, selfie sticks, or bulky equipment.

- Only food from museum outlets allowed; no food or drinks in galleries.
- Tickets non-exchangeable or refundable once validated.
- Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous objects.
- Bulky items such as luggage must be deposited at Visitor Services Counter.
- Some of the Museum sections may not be working due to Maintenance
- For VR Gallery: Please arrive 15 minutes before the time slot selected / listed on your ticket. VR experiences are suitable for 11 years old and above only.
- Refrain from touching exhibits labelled “Do Not Touch”.
- Tickets are valid for Date and time selected. Valid identity proof required.
