This is a shared service with the flexibility to choose your pick-up location, including most hotels in Guatemala City and La Aurora International Airport. The shuttle has coverage in some parts of zone 9, 10, 13, or airport zone. If your hotel is in one of these zones, we can pick you up there. If it's not, we can pick you up at the nearest point.
Your journey will include a vehicle change in Antigua and then continue to Lake Atitlan. Upon arrival at Panajachel, our service will drop you off at your hotel, Airbnb, or any other downtown location you prefer. If you’re staying at a neighboring town, such as San Pedro, San Marcos, or San Juan, it can drop you off near the dock in Panajachel, where you can easily catch a boat to your final destination.

Ticket Redemption
If your pick-up spot is at the airport: 1. On your way to the exit hall, take the exit to the right towards the light blue wing, and look for a coffee shop named Baretto located outside the airport (look for the blue visitor entrance). Please try to get to the cafe as soon as you're able to. 2. Make sure to wait at the exit door of the cafe, not inside. 3. The driver will come looking for you, holding a GuateGo sign. 4. The driver might arrive 15 minutes before or after the scheduled departure. 5. You will have a connecting bus in Antigua, which will take you to your destination. If your pick-up spot is at a hotel/Airbnb: 1. Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time outside your hotel/house 2. The driver will look for you at the front door/lobby and call your name. 3. If you haven't been picked up within 20 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, kindly contact us so we can check the status of your transport. 4. There can be a small delay since the shuttle has to pick up more passengers and due to traffic, but please try to be ready at your scheduled time to avoid further delays. 5. If the driver arrives and you're not ready, please be aware that they will wait for only 5 minutes. Afterward, the shuttle will depart, and this will be considered a No Show. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide refunds. 6. You will have a connecting bus in Antigua, which will take you to your destination.
