  • Hat Yai City: Clock Tower at the Bus Terminal or Lotus's in front of the university 
  • Pak Bara Pier
• Certain hotels outside of the designated service area are not accessible for pick-up. The operator will inform you as soon as they receive your hotel details. Alternatively, you may meet at one of the designated pick-up points.
  
• Please provide your flight number for pick-up and drop-off at the airport. If there is none, please note N/A.
  
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time 
• Apart from luggage, oversize items such as bicycles, skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf bags and others are subject to the space of the vehicle and require a carriage fee 
• No pets, smelly items, dangerous goods such as explosives, firearms, drugs or inflammable material are allowed on board
• The actual departure time and duration are dependent on weather conditions
• Extra fees may apply for oversize or additional luggage (to be paid on-site)
• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• As this is a shared transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis
• Please note that the transfers and speedboats are not wheelchair-accessible
