Step 2: Before your departure, you will receive all necessary information from us, including your driver's name, contact details, and license plate number. You can reach us through our phone number, WeChat, or WhatsApp.

Step 3: Our team will monitor your flight status in real-time before your arrival. Your driver will be at the airport with a sign bearing your name, ready to meet you based on your actual landing time, whether your flight arrives early or is delayed.

Step 4: Upon your flight's arrival, our driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying your name. As you exit through the arrival area, please look carefully for the welcoming crowd until you spot the sign with your name. The meeting point is at the exit of the "Baggage Claim Area."

Step 5: From the moment you disembark the plane to completing customs procedures and collecting your luggage, our team will be available online to guide and assist you in English . If you need currency exchange or SIM card purchase, please inform us in advance – your driver can assist you at the airport before heading to the vehicle.

Step 6: We provide a complimentary 2-hour waiting period at the airport, starting from the actual landing time of your flight (typically, passengers take 1-1.5 hours to disembark, pass through security, collect checked luggage, and exit to meet their driver).
