Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the shooting date. However, you have to contact us until Mon-Fri working hours(09:00-17:00) in Korean Time. (For example, if you are shooting on Saturday, 5/11, you can cancel for free only until Friday, 5/3)
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
