Only the Eiffel Tower stop has wheelchair access. There are many steps leading to the quays and/or the boats at the other stops. Pushchairs or strollers are accepted on the boat, but the customers are advised to fold them and must ask the crew to place them at the front of the boat
Only the following animals are allowed on board: guide dogs for the blind (with a harness), dogs kept on a leash and wearing a muzzle, and small dogs kept in a bag. The boat crew reserves the right to refuse access to animals that may disturb or be a danger to other passengers
Please note: Commentary is not provided on the boat, but the crew can provide information about the main points of interest near the stops
